Introduction

Just eight months after I joined FPC, I found myself without a job in December of 2001 in the worst job market I could have imagined.  This loss of job plunged me into some of the most challenging times in my life. Chaos became the context for everything happening to me. The job loss also became the event that moved me to a career of OD and training and forced me to abandon the safety of my old career.
