IntroductionMy internship was executed within my department Spirit Mountain Casino, my new employer. I created an intervention for our department based on conversational learning. I tested the conversation circles on which this internship was based over a two-month period in an attempt to inform my practice and to provide a foundation for the transformation of the management of our department. My action research project, my internship, and the development of a comprehensive development program for managers merged into a single effort that has extended far beyond the scope of this internship.
