Masters of Education Portfolio of John Inman

Introduction

I have invested a substantial amount of effort and time in the training and development of team members while a consultant/trainer. When teams reported directly to me as an organizational manager and leader, my focus was the same. Even though a large amount of my background is in line management and operational delivery of value to outside customers, my focus has always been on the development of capabilities and capacity in my internal customers, my team members and the organizations that support them. My resume reflects both my investment in operational management and leadership as well as my focus on organizational development and training.

The resume is organized chronologically and is designed to represent my capabilities and background clearly. Key words that reflect my capabilities and knowledge are also reflected for electronic search engines. A considerable amount of time, effort, and investment are reflected in this resume which has provided me with the presentation needed to paint a clear picture of my value in the marketplace. The following link takes you to my professional page on my main site and the links to my professional Vita.
