Module 9 curriculum outcome guide
Description
Meetings are not a necessary evil in an organization. Meetings are a critical process to link people together, give and receive information, solve problems, make decisions, and open up channels of communication. If you have had poor experiences in meetings, it is probably because they were not stellar examples of a well run meeting. The purpose of this module is to give you the tools to plan and run effective meetings that get the results that you envision. These meetings can be just you and someone else, or a group of people coming together for a specific purpose. Either way, the principles are the same. Implementing coaching as you have learned it, requires a strong understanding of how to conduct a meeting.
