Optional reading available in
a pre-determined location if you would like to
learn more: Harvard Business Review Article, My Week as a Room-Service Waiter at
the Ritz.
Based on your readings in
assignments one, two, and three, write your reflections about how you are going to use the
(sample company) story into your daily conversations and decisions. This can
be hand written or word processed.
I expect your writing ability to improve as you move through this program. I would far rather have you seriously reflect on your thoughts and write them down than try to write perfectly. Writing improvement will come with practice.
"If you do nothing, you will
not make a mistake." To learn you must expose yourself to mistakes.
"Perfectionists simply have found a way to never deliver a solution."
Why, what they have done is never good enough to deliver.
Are you ready to move on?
When you are finished with the assignment from the week one self-study learning assignment, please go onto the week three self-study learning assignment. If you have any questions, please contact your instructor.
We recommend that you build ongoing conversations with our fellow learners via the discussion board.
